Viharamahadevi Park is a famous park in Sri Lanka and the most attractive green park in Colombo. If you visit the park sometime between March and May, you can see the flowering of trees and bushes. There is a statue of Queen Victoria in the center of the park to commemorate her and the British rule. An even older inheritance is a golden image of the Buddha on lawns near the Town Hall.
