Charty Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches. It is located in Allaippiddy, about 23 km north of Jaffna. Not many tourists have discovered it; therefore, it is a perfect place to spend leisure time in peace and quiet and enjoy golden sand, clean water, and wonderful sunlight. The palm trees and small huts placed throughout the beach area create both shade and a tropical beach atmosphere. The nearby vendors offer traditional local cuisine, which makes the beach perfect for a tranquil day of relaxation.
