Elephant Pass Monument is a memorable place in Kilinochchi commemorating the war heroes who sacrificed their lives to sabotage all terror tactics and rescue the nation and the land from the threat of LTTE terrorism. This monument is 13 meters high and was built by Sri Lanka’s National Design Centre (NDC), with a uniquely designed architecture.
