Kande Ela Forest Park is located on Horton Plains Road in Nuwara Eliya. It is one of the best nature trails for those who like enjoying and learning about biodiversity, wood technology, scientific forest conservation, and soil protection. There is an education center, which conducts learning sessions for eco-friendly travelers before entering the forest. The park also has walking trails in thick forest, which makes it an excellent place for people who would want to get close to nature. The Forest Park is next to the Kande Ela reservoir.
