The clock tower is the focal point of Badulla. This kept its beautiful colonial architecture and has been painted the color white. It is next to the bus station on King Street. It has the inscription of the date of construction, the year 1832. It is one of the few colonial clocks that continues to tell time and has a roof that reminds you of colonial architecture.
