Rathna Prasadaya (Chapter House) is located in Anuradhapura and was built by King Kanitta Tissa. It was enlarged by King Mahinda II and King Mihindu IV between the 8th and the 10th centuries. Interesting things to see here are the guard stones at the entrance, the queen’s palace, and moonstones near this place.
